Responsibilities:

- Perform site visits and monitor activities following correct protocol, GCP/ICH guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.
- Support network for the CRA/CTA team.
- Mentor CRA's on monitoring, internal procedures and query resolution.
- Use expertise and judgement to identify and resolve complex site issues and deficiencies in documentation, communication and the need for additional training.
- Assess and ensure overall integrity of study and adherence to guidelines, protocols, and regulations.
- Evaluate the overall performance of site and site staff.

You will need:

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree. Health or life science related field is preferred but not essential.
- 2-4 years of proven CRA experience.
- Willing to travel approximately 60-80% nationally.
- Familiarity with Microsoft® Office.
- Strong communication and presentation skills is a plus.
