Technical Manager South Shields, NE33 Negotiable Salary An international manufacturer of fibreglass products is currently hiring for a dynamic and experienced Technical Manager to join the team on a full-time basis.This is an excellent opportunity to join this leading manufacturer as the company values hard work and offers fantastic opportunities for growth and development. You will be an integral part of the team as you will be tasked with taking the company through to the next phase of their developing of current and new products. In addition to being a motivated, dynamic and focused Technical Manager, you will have previous experience working with air and water filtration systems in addition to some electrical system experience. Responsibilities include; Carry out technical evaluation of all manufactured products and procedures making sure all produces comply with necessary technical and industry related standards. Implement main and update product technical files in line with legal requirements. Manage and maintain ISO and Product Type Approval certification. Drive product innovation with in-house manufacturing to make sure we continue to offer all relative products to the industry we work. Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures from good inwards inspection, full manufacturing and assemble process through to product evaluation. Work closing with the group sales and marketing teams and implement a commercially focused culture within the manufacturing division. Setting, owning and managing KPI’s / SLA ‘s that calculate and evaluate service level performance relevant to the business.
