Retail Relief Managers - £21,700 plus company car and benefits

As a Relief Store Manager for us you will be required to travel to stores within the region to provide full management cover for various issues i.e. poor performing stores, sickness cover or stores where this is currently a Store Management vacancy.

This role is about inspiring the team around you to deliver the highest level of service to our customers whilst ensuring that all colleagues are happy, motivated, well trained and feel proud of their role within the local community.

It’s a varied and challenging role that requires excellent leadership and communication skills along with a hands-on management approach. You will also be required to maximise sales by consistently delivering excellent store standards.

The role demands a flexible approach as it requires extensive travel with some overnight stays; you’ll also be required to work early mornings and some late nights.
