Role: Solutions Consultant

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000pa + Company car (Or car allowance), Bonus, Healthcare, Pension
If you are looking for a newly created, exciting, position working for a global leader in the energy energy sector then look no further. A fantastic opportunity for a Solutions Consultant to join my client's team, working with the sales/account management function, and technical teams, in order to build and deliver solutions to clients in the utility sector.
The Solutions Consultant will play a key part in analysing the clients requirements, business & technical, in order to create architectures and solutions to meet those needs, using existing solutions within the business, merging/creating new solutions and/or working with 3rd party technology partners.
Key responsibilities for the Solutions Consultant include:
- Manage and Implement solutions strategy for clients including execution
- Work closely with the sales function, being able to present solutions to current/potential clients (pre-sales)
- Working with technical teams and other divisions of the business to source and/or create viable solutions
- Be part of tenders for business, including the delivery of presentations
The Solutions Consultant will, ideally, come from a customer facing background, where they have been delivering solutions to client requirements. The person will be innovative, creative and adaptable, demonstrating excellent stakeholder skills and a great understanding of broad concepts.
This is a brand new opportunity with the successful candidate able to shape the role and be a mainstay in the organisation and, potentially, be part of the expansion of this role into other sectors of the business.
