L&D Coordinator - Premium Branded Concept - (Mon- Fri) - Role Responsibility

This role is vital in keeping the learning & development team functioning in the most efficient, professional and structured way. The L&D Coordinator is the first point of contact for anyone wanting to find out about our clients development offer and should have the highest levels of knowledge about our clients teams potential career pathways. This role is the glue that holds the team together.planning the central delivery, making sure all training requirements are catered for and that the team deliver against the needs of the business. This is all about supporting the wider people team, jumping in when needed and getting the job done quickly and accurately.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Schedule all centrally delivered courses & course deliverers plus the organisation of room bookings, requirements and acting as key contact with events co-ordinators and venues
  • Schedule and invite attendees to training courses and send course reminders
  • Order and distribute any materials for training courses
  • Manage all training bookings and queries
  • Analyse and communicate feedback following courses
  • Manage requests to materials designers, printers, stock holders and other suppliers ensuring required stock levels are maintained
  • Send out training packs to Managers in training and internal promotions and the set-up and completion of their data sharing and payroll submissions
  • Collate and format all reporting for training updates, board packs and communication channels
  • Support people team with note taking on investigations, disciplinaries and grievances where required
  • Obtain references for new management recruits Follow up on companywide incentives, publishing results and ensuring all prizes are distributed
  • Schedule Head Office Inductions, send out welcome packs and set up IT
  • Schedule team meetings and 121s, send out agendas for team meetings and type and file meeting minutes
  • Manage approved callers for external HR support
  • Complete all reporting requests accurately and within timeframes
  • Managing ad-hoc requests from the wider people team
