Adecco's client have a fantastic opportunity and are seeking a Purchasing & Administration Team Leader.

You will be responsible for all the procurement for the business, to include purchasing products as well as services. You need to ensure that the right stock levels are up-to date and they need to be monitored and maintained to ensure orders can be fulfilled efficiently. You will also be responsible for the day to day management of the administration team and offering support and solutions to queries that may arise.

*Manage and motivate the administration team to ensure KPIs are achieved;
*Manage holidays and sickness within the team;
*Supervising the administration team on a day to day basis;
*Raising purchase orders;
*Receipting in stock;
*Checking stock levels;
*Planning and coordinating stock takes;
*Update stock pricing;
*Order book weekly reporting;
*Progressing delivery dates with suppliers;
*Reporting financial information, both weekly & monthly;
*Reporting on key supplier spends;
*Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers;

Previous purchasing and stock control experience is required to fulfil the role to its full potential.

Salary: £20,0000 - £24,000 per annum
Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Mon - Friday
Location: Rushden
