Qualified Management Accountant, based in Solihull for a property development business.
Your new company
A property management and development company, privately owned with a presence throughout the United Kingdom. The company are very niche and specialists in their field. The company focus on both the management of properties but also have a construction arm.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director, Tthe role is to manage the day to day Accounting duties for 12 entities. You will manage one member of staff and will be responsible for delivering the management accounts for circa 12 entities. Other duties will include the reconciliation of the central bank accounts. You will also look after managing the debtors and outstanding debt. You will prepare cash flows on a monthly basis for the shareholders. You will also prepare the VAT returns and deal with all HMRC queries. You will also work with the developers in providing financial information and appraising new sites from a finance perspective.
Other duties include the posting of company credit cards, dealing with supplier queries and recharging of costs to different sites.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be fully Qualified and used to working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. A working knowledge of Sage Line 50 would be beneficial as well as the ability to work independently.
