Exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join a well established company based in bridgwater.

This is a full-time, varied and challenging 360° marketing role ideally suited to an innovative yet organised individual. You will primarily look after the front-line marketing activities for the brand, with some multi-brand responsibility. You should be able to multi-task whilst prioritising workload. The role reports to the UK Marketing Manager.

Market Communication

Assist in the creation, coordination and take responsibility for sending & logging communications to the sales channel & internal teams.

Curate online brand(s) presence, reporting discrepancies and working to update where required.

Create and send product update letters with the Customer Service Manager/Marketing Manager.

Ensure adequate marketing literature quantities are in stock and available. Report on low stocks of literature and POS items.

Update HQ marketing database, ensuring unsubscribe requests or detail changes are actioned quickly.

Ensure accuracy of the website.

Manage social media, producing content and sharing positive channel partner content.

Marketing Literature & Product Documentation

Upload & process brochures/literature to the "One2Edit" system for international use.

Liaise with agencies, printers and suppliers as required.

Update/create technical datasheets as required, working with the Marketing Manager and Technical team.

Proof-read and evaluate marketing materials.

Modify existing material for customer/market-specific use (extensive Adobe InDesign use, training provided, experience preferred).

Other Responsibilities

Book, coordinate, manage, and generally ensure our exhibitions are a success (multi-brand).

Create and maintain competitor information files and provide analysis as required.

Undertake market research as required: Sectoral & NPD.

Work with colleagues to collate, merge and manipulate various databases to deliver concise information for the marketing and sales management team.

Actively work to improve the effectiveness and professionalism of the department.

Provide general marketing support for colleagues, Cross-brand/multi-brand work may also be required.

Use skills and insight to suggest ideas and feedback to enhance sales revenue.

About the candidate:

You should have two years' experience of working within an office-based team and be highly computer literate. You should be interested in marketing, keen to learn, and willing to develop your skill set. A full UK driving licence is required. You should be a natural team-player, although able to work solo when required.

Salary is around 21k, depending on experience.

The package includes a company pension, 21-days holiday (rising to 26-days dependent on service length) and the option of private medical care after a qualifying period.
