In this Speech and Language Graduate TA post you will be working across the Key Stages, assisting to raise communication levels of SEND pupils. The successful Speech and Language Graduate TA will be working directly for a caring and experienced SENCO who will provide both formal and informal guidance and training throughout your time in the position. You will be working mainly 1:1 and with small groups. Although directly responsible to the SENCO, the chosen Speech and Language Graduate TA will also be supported by senior teachers and members of the SLT.
