Atlas Employment are delighted to be working with one of our existing clients based in Didcot who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their friendly team; to provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Accounts Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive, proactive approach to working with colleagues.


  • Provide cover for other Office support staff
  • Open post, scan and input post into the system
  • Support with outgoing post and bulk mailings
  • Assist with Health & Safety checks; fire alarms, emergency lights, panic button and general maintenance checks
  • Liaise with contractors, ensuring they have appropriate access to complete their tasks within the building, ensuring services are carried out
  • Take telephone calls and ensure that an appropriate response / actions are taken to provide an excellent customer service
  • Work with the Finance Team, filing invoices/paperwork, registering and distributing invoices to budget holders
  • Scan and file legal documents including contracts
  • Provide administrative support to the accounts department


  • Excellent administrative, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive and proactive approach to working with colleagues
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to deal appropriately with confidential information and to use tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to time manage workload and work to deadlines
  • Ability to be flexible and to work alone or as part of a team whilst using own initiative
