Business Development Executive

Home Based (head office in Birmingham)

£28-36,000 based plus OTE + car allowance / company car

My client is a market leading software development house within the health and facilities management sector. They are looking to expand their strong business development team of 3 with a new business development executive.

If successful your responsibilities will include

- Generating sales to meet KPI’S

- Development of strong customer relationships within territory

- Developing detailed product and sector knowledge and be able to demonstrate products

- Contribute to sales promotion and marketing activity

- Management and development of companies CRM system

- Creating documentation and feedback of prospect requirements to be fed back to business

- Maintain all relationships and manage the sales process through to deployment

The ideal candidate will have the following experience

- Proven Sales skills / ability from creating, maintaining and enhancing relationships to closing sales

- Excellent client facing / presentational skills

- Knowledge of facilities management / software sales

- Ability to work alone / from home and comfortable with staying away

- Experience working with CRM systems

- Current Driver’s license as will need to travel to client site

The salary available for this position is between £28-36,000 plus excellent OTE commission structure and other benefits
