The Role This role focuses on using data to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the key decision making strategies of a large businesses credit risk function. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Provide support to long-term business planning, financial forecasting, data modelling and analysis in order to meet business requirements Identify strategies for change through data analysis and collaborative team work Develop proposals and maintain the production of forecast models Develop and maintain the production of regular MI in order to support the monitoring and evaluation of KPIS and credit risk strategies The Candidate The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and highly analytical, with a Maths, Statistics or Physics degree. You will have good problem solving skills gained from either a Credit, Marketing or Customer Services background and proven technical programming skills developed within SAS. You will need a good commercial awareness, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate complex analytical information to technical and non-technical individuals.
