Your new company
You will be joining a leading global business, with an excellent reputation for its working environment and culture, and a large finance function in the Manchester (Salford Quays) offices. The company is growing at an excellent rate, and looks to recruit the right (and best) people into their finance department.
Your new role
In this role you will manage, review, and look to improve on all processes within the company's finance function. You will maintain the change management process and update internal controls, whilst also implementing changes within SAP. Working closely with an ACA qualified manager, the role is intended to develop and grow, with a view of the successful applicant progressing very quickly through the business, in this highly visible role.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a newly ACA qualified accountant, looking to make your first move from a big four firm into industry. You'll have strong communication skills, and be able to adapt and communicate with colleagues/stakeholders at various levels, due to the nature of the role. You'll have a strong personality, capable of pushing back where necessary, as well as influencing and driving decisions through.
