Purchase Ledger Clerk - Part time 15 hours per week
The One Group are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary 3 month contract based in Stamford, this position is part time 15 hours and may have the potential to become permanent.
You will be reporting into the finance manager and the main duties of the position are as follows -
- Matching supplier invoices to goods received notes
- Purchase Ledger invoice and credit processing using SAP
- Issuing supplier statements and credit control
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Supplier account reconciliation
- Assisting with the payment run
- Filling and general support to the finance manager
