Position Title: Erborian Marketing Officer

Department: Wholesale Department

Reports to: Head of Group Brands Wholesale & B2B

Position Description

With support from the Head of Group Brands develop and implement multi- channel marketing plan delivering marketing activities for Wholesale partners and Digital platforms. Be the key interface with all internal teams: Sales, Stock, Digital and the International Marketing and Digital teams.

Major Responsibilities


    Work with the Head of Wholesale to plan the Erborian operational marketing calendar for all platforms, executing the plan with the support of the Brands Team.Manage the look and feel of the brand across all consumer touch-points ensuring excellent execution in line with the brand platform guidelines issued by InternationalPlanning kits and gifts to build and enhance the brand attractiveness, as well as seeking new VM solutions to boost the appeal on-shelf and in-store.Assisting sell out performance and brand awareness by arranging promotional events in conjunction with the Key Account Manager.Be the key interface with the printers for all support material: Show-cards, display items, leaflets once all artwork design has been approved by Head of Group Brands.Oversee and execute the campaign signage send-out for a timely delivery, ensure all items are ordered to Marketing Head Office on time: props, signage, testers, boxes, labels...Create the materials and attend strategy meetings with the Key Account Manager presenting marketing activities and new product launches.
Web & Digital:

    Ensure an exciting and engaging Marketing Plan is implemented and executed by the Erborian Web TeamAssist with the Social Media campaigns to build the customer community and communicate the brand values and messagingKeeping abreast of digital trends and liaising with our International team on the needs of the UK Market
Stock & Warehouse Activities:

    Work closely with Key Account Manager to ensure precise information is communicated to the Stock teamCreate and provide the fulfilment guidelines for all kits & GWPs with the warehouseBe a key interface with the Warehouse team to ensure all kits, activities are fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner for each new activity.
New Kits/Boxes Creation:

    Assist in the creation of kits and the analysis of margins and costs for new activitiesResponsible for sourcing product samples ahead of strategy meetings with key accountsManage all visual requests for images, copy and additional assets needed for the Wholesale Team
Skills / Abilities – Competencies

    At least a years’ retail marketing experienceSome multi-channel working preferred PC Literate including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerpointProven ability to work under-pressure and to deadlinesProven marketing acumen including campaign coordination or specialization in PR, Social Media or Online. Previous experience in basic online marketingKeen interest in the beauty industry and retail essential
