Technical Software Consultant (SaaS) - Richmond An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Consultant to join a leading Software House based in Richmond. You will be responsible for working with clients to provide technical expertise and support for technical queries on a wide range of implantations, deployments, upgrades and customisation projects. You can expect lots of variety, as each client solution will have it's individual challenges and nuances. There will be occasional travel to client site too, so you'll get to spend time away from the office. You must be comfortable with reading, interpreting and talking through code (C#, SQL) and be able to confidentially articulate this to clients. Ideally you will have some development experience with .Net/C#. Responsibilities - Develop custom solutions to support key SaaS products - Provide technical support to ensure software performs effectively - Estimate and help produce quotes for new business - Resolve issues with software, escalating where necessary - Supporting the client and resolving any technical issues that arise - Produce reports on agreed activity Requirements - C# - T-SQL - Project experience The role offers a very generous basic salary based on individual experience a well as a great benefits package.
