Due to an exciting acquisition made in the UK this European business is focused on branded growth in retail across UK and Europe. With fantastic retailer relationships such as Waitrose, Ocado and Sainsbury's this business is going from strength to strength and this new acquisition perfectly complements their exciting product portfolio. Additionally, with consumer awareness of frozen food quality on the rise and the demand for free-form products it really is a fantastic time to be part of these brands and their growth across Europe. Key responsibilities for the role will include; Writing and execution of brand plans Managing consumer insight - focus groups, events, online research Close engagement with internal NPD teams to drive innovation Control of category and marketing budgets GAP and competitor analysis You WILL currently be working for a food manufacturing business You WILL be managing marketing and category within branded food products You WILL have had engagement with retail customers You will also have drive and determination, you will be happy to work autonomously at times and have a genuine positive outlook. If you have worked alongside European colleagues in branded growth that would be a distinct advantage.
