A superb opportunity has arisen for a Brand Strategist to join a well established, dynamic advertising agency in Birmingham. Day to day you will be in charge of creating innovative, strategic plans for your clients, pushing boundaries and creating bespoke, first in class work.

So, what do you need to bring to the table?

  • An ability to understand clients strategic goals and vision
  • An insightful thinker - able to understand the motivations, beliefs and behaviours of different clients, making the leap from observations to useful insights.
  • Able to work on a variety of projects from broad marketing briefs, digest large amounts of information, distill, simplify, understanding what's important.
  • Strategic and goal orientated- able to translate insights into compelling propositions and strategies.
  • Engaging and impactful - in person (internally and with clients) and of course when presenting.
  • A creative researcher - able to interview people, observe and analyse behaviour, then work with the
    team to prototype and test ideas to learn from and develop them.
  • A great brief writer, able to know what should (and shouldn't) be included to inspire great work from
