Highly successful yet small global business, with an incredible client base and enviable reputation, is looking for someone to support their software, be a customer evangelist, write user guides, bug fix, UAT, internal support and be the general technical go-to for them and their customers.

We are looking to talk with experienced candidates who understand software, are highly customer facing, not afraid of getting in front of people, highly IT literate and enjoy variety in your role.

Your background will include software support, training, working closely with external customers, network support, Wordpress, a bit of a jack-of-all trades with a focus on technical customer support (B2B).
