Off-the-back of this continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an ambitious, bright and proactive Manager who has proven deal experience and understanding of the TMT sector.
To qualify, you will be ideally be ACA or CFA qualified with at least 2 years of experience in a Corporate Finance Advisory role, where you will have worked on M&A Lead Advisory assignments in the TMT space. You will have strong technical, influencing and negotiating skills, coupled with the ability to pre-empt critical issues and communicate these effectively with stakeholders and your team.
You will also have strong client skills, with the ability to lead from the front and train/mentor members of the team.
You will have gained this experience with a leading corporate finance practice/boutique firm OR as part of the internal M&A team of a major Corporate entity.
Above all, you will be hard working, diligent and have in depth industry related knowledge with a strong desire for further career advancement.
