Their client base covers consumer lifestyle brands, gaming/entertainment and food/drink and they are continuing to win new business at an impressive rate, hence the need for an AD/SAD. Culturally, the agency is around 30 people who all socialize together and work collaboratively, meaning there’s no office politics. As an independent, they are able to be nimble and creative, without being dragged down by process. Benefits include: 25 days holiday Pet friendly office Day off on your birthday Profit share bonus Summer & Christmas party Friday drinks Mentor system plus personalized training and development Flexi working/working from home The Role – Account Director/Senior Account Director We are looking for an AD or SAD who has consumer lifestyle experience, however a sprinkling of gaming/entertainment experience and an interest in this area is ideal due to the account mix. Key responsibilities and attributes of the AD/SAD: Running campaigns and press office for a selection of consumer lifestyle/entertainment/gaming clients, you’ll be well versed in all aspects of the media landscape and be able to demonstrate an up-to-date understanding of how social media, content creation and influencer marketing fits into it all. Comfortable as the most senior day-to-day client contact they will be responsible for their team developing and delivering an A star awards and reviews press office as well as helping devise creative campaigns. Consult on a broad range of campaigns and marketing disciplines (including advertising, digital and sponsorship) Ability to think differently and generate new PR and social ideas ?Develop and monitor appropriate budgets for overall client programmes – control the billing process every month to ensure accuracy and payment?
