This SEN TA position would suit an inspirational graduate with a minimum second class degree and the skills to show they are a good listener. The successful SEN TA will have a supportive nature, complemented by their nurturing approach to the social and educational welfare of their students. The Head is searching for a candidate with prior experience of working with children with Special Needs, particularly in a school setting.

In this SEN TA position, you will be learning how to deliver remarkable SEN provision and aiding the linguistic development of EAL pupils. The chosen SEN TA will be running 1:1 and small group intervention sessions with SEN pupils so as to aid their learning and attainment. You will be supported directly by the SENCO and will be liaising with both teachers and parents to ensure the best possible SEN provision.
