Account Director needed for progressive, clever, slick, honed, NICE agency. Here's what working there looks like: Over 20 awards in the last few years for campaigns and work Four awards for company culture including a Gold 'Outstanding Place to Work' Monthly training and development sessions regardless of level Monthly workshops which have recently included 'Meet the Instagrammers' (well known names sharing their secrets to success) | 'Harnessing Creativity' (leading creatives from the wider media industry sharing their thoughts how PR agencies can win here) | media days with hard to reach journalists, best practice writing sessions, brown paper lunches. This fantastic agency which is full of inspirational talent is looking an Account Director to help director three fabulous clients: a luxury travel company, a well known and global entertainment venue and a food retailer. I am looking for a clever, lively individual who want to a join an agency where the culture is grown-up, kind and professional. Where client work is taken very seriously and exceeding expectations is the starting point of all proposals. There is no sink or swim mentality here - everyone is given brilliant training and thorough briefings so you will always be able to produce your best work. An an Account Director you'll line manage four team members and be well supported yourself by a lovely Director. There is scope to spread your wings and 'own' integrated campaigns, working with other marketing disciplined agencies in the group. There will be plenty of client facing too so you will be able to really get under the skin of your portfolio's interests and ensure the team are working accordingly while building your client servicing skills.
