JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager
PACKAGE: £40-45k basic; 15K OTE, Mobile + Healthcare + Pension + Holiday

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
They are looking for somebody that loves to make things happen and doesn't just wait for the phone to ring.
You need to be a fast learner with a 'challenger' type mentality.
Experience is much less important than attitude - If you can close complex deals they will train you on the product.
A new business sales role.
Must be considered and analytical - sales cycles can be in excess of 6 months and you have to get senior stakeholders on side.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director who is keen to train and take his team to the next level.
Selling to the busiest people at the largest firms.
