We're helping a fast-growing global gaming company find a Retention Team Lead to guide the team into providing the best retention-based promotions across the company for their current 2 million players. The role: The retention team manage the creation, segmentation and execution of promotions sent out to their players. With the ultimate aim of increasing customer engagement, increasing customer lifetime value and driving down churn, you'll be using your experience and knowledge to ensure excellent retention-based promotions are well executed. You'll be responsible for: Planning and maintaining all retention marketing programs Line management of Executives; providing feedback, coaching, training and development in order to optimise performance of all team members Work with various teams to create and launch retention campaigns/programs, driving loyalty and revenue Design marketing campaigns aimed at retention and value preservation Work with the Seniors within the team to ensure the continuous development and training for the team Managing and optimising life cycles Identify opportunities & implement tactics to maximise revenue and minimise churn among existing customer bases Analyse and report monthly on usage patterns, churn, customer base trends, and customer retention and promotion projects and initiatives Implement innovative uses of the system to reduce workload and free up the teams time for greater optimisation of campaigns About you: It's essential you have experience managing a team as well as having a good understanding of end-to-end campaign development and delivery Good knowledge of excel, online customer retention strategies and tactic Data profiling/segmentation experience Experience of carrying out data analysis on CRM activities making suitable recommendations based on CRM KPI's and business objectives You have the ability to provide analysis on large amounts of data with a creative mind-set Comfortable picking up new concepts and running with them.
