Business Development Manager

A role that will allow an individual to influence the growth and development of this award winning law firm from both an internal strategic guidance and an external relationship perspective. The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in creating the relationships internally and externally which will allow them to turn leads into sales. You will review and understand your market and use that knowledge to advise and guide the Partners with regards to meeting their business objectives. You will be involved with creating events and meetings and then putting processes in place to ensure that follow ups and further actions are created to maximise the return on investment.
This role is a new position which will focus on providing a local support to the Birmingham office and region. You will have the support and back up of the Business Development Director and the rest of the team but it is a real opportunity to create a name for yourself within the firm and the business community.
