Wycombe Abbey is a world-class school operating at the cutting edge of educational excellence. With its distinctive heritage, magnificent 160-acre campus and impressive resources, the School provides an outstanding education for 600 girls aged 11-18.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised candidate to appreciate and embrace the school environment. Duties will include the planning, organising and execution of all School events as well as troubleshooting during the events. Recent events have included a Colour Dash Fun Run, a Gala Ball, and the annual Dove Day celebration. This post will form part of the School Operations team and will also assist with day to day operations co-ordination duties.

The appointed candidate will have the enthusiasm and energy required for this demanding and fast paced environment. You will be a creative thinker and a skilled negotiator. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A flexible, hands on approach is a prerequisite due to the weekend and evening element necessary for this role. Experience of risk assessments and Health & Safety requirements is desirable. Knowledge and understanding of a boarding environment is an advantage as well as a genuine commitment to Wycombe Abbey’s aims and ethos.
