LOCATION: Lytham St Annes, Lancashire JOB TITLE: Care Assistants SALARY & BENEFITS: From £7.50 to £7.80 per hour dependent on location. There are currently a range of exciting opportunities for dedicated Care Assistant's in Lytham St Annes area. THE ROLE: As a Care Assistant you will support residents to live the best life possible through the provision of high quality safe care that meets every individual’s personal and social needs. You will work within a friendly team at one of their nursing homes in the area. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to start or develop a career within Health & Social care as for the right candidate full extensive training opportunities will be provided by the employer. Progression to Senior Care Assistant or Care Home practitioner is attainable within the company. THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working with the elderly or in a Care Assistant or Support Workers role. Although this is not essential as full free training will be provided for committed candidates with the right empathetic and caring mind set. It is essential you are a naturally caring and compassionate person who is confident and enjoys working with others. Candidates must also live within or be able to easily commute to Lytham St Annes, Lancashire.
