looking for a passionate Branch Manager for our new office in the heart
of Brighton.Qualities and skills required from our Branch Manager:Experience in Business Development and sales growthExperience in CRM systemsExperience in Recruitment, Managing office and Field based staffExperience of meeting demands of KPi's and report monitoring toolsExperience with People Planner Tool KitExperience with Care Quality Commission (CQC) auditsExperience in promoting choice and continuity to service usersExperience with Local Authority Tendering ProcessExperience in working with variable Health Care ProfessionalsExperience in monitoring supervisions, appraisals, spot checks, personal development structures for all staffMonitoring Training and compliance (Red, Amber and Green monitoring)IT experience (Microsoft Office- word, spreadsheets, outlook, PDF)Experience with Personalised Planning for Care Plans, Risk
Assessments, promotion of choice and equal opportunities, daily
observations, MAR Charts/Medication MonitoringExperience in Customer feedback, compliments and complaint proceduresExperience with Home Care Policies and Procedures including Health
and safety act 1974, Mental Health Capacity Act 2005, RIDDOR, DoLs,
Safeguarding.Promotion of Independent Living with variable needs including
Companionship, shopping support, medication support, personal care
support, reablement, respite care, live in care, nursing care,
palliative care
