A well-established research agency currently seeking a competent and experienced Market Researcher to join their pharmaceutical division. This position will offer the right candidate an opportunity to grow and develop within their role. My client is looking for an individual to progress with the business, they believe in the retention of employees in order to enable them to advance in all aspects of their work and life.

Responsibilities for this role

- You will demonstrate the ability to think beyond what is accessible
- To successfully lead on larger research projects and create visually engaging content that is both suited and captivating; furthrmore exploring their ability to display data professionally
- To be a vital member on projects, with the ability to work on multiple projects at any one time
- Producing clear observations whilst being able to brief operations about the individual projects in an unambiguous and clear-cut manner
- To support the project leader in all aspects of the project itself, ranging from the set-up through to the attendance of potentially international fieldwork and writing drafts of reports/presentations

Requirements

- Passion for pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
- To be able to provide a true insight and strive to help our clients translate the information received into concise plans
- Ability to teach others and differentiate different between research methodologies e.g. Qualitative, Quantitative
- Shows dedication and drive through having the ability to pull out common themes prior to analysis sessions
- Strong communication skills in client facing situations
- Ensuring that all tasks are prioritized in a cabable and logical manner
- Must have flexibility with working hours as you will be required to attend focus groups and other field-based meetings at the evenings/weekends.
