G63 Area - Are you looking to working in a unique nursery with exceptional resources? Would you be interested in working towards an internationally renowned qualification?
This is a rare opportunity to work in a well established, growing and innovative nursery with a Forest School attached. Our client is looking for two Level 3 experienced Early Years Practitioners to join their devoted team. This unique setting allows children to begin their early development and learning through the ethos of Montessori practices. You will be joining an established team either in the 2.5 - 5 year olds' room or their Baby room

Purpose of roles:
- To be responsible for the planning and delivery of an inclusive Montessori curriculum suitable to meet the children's individual needs.
- To ensure a high standard of education for the children.
- To give support to the Senior Montessori Teacher and other personnel.
- To implement the Early Years Foundation Stage and ensure all the children's individual needs are met and all areas of development are encouraged through play.
- To observe and assess children's development and keep accurate record of their achievements.

Key requirements for the successful candidates:
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of the Pre Birth to Three and The CFE is essential. - A detailed understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection is essential.
- Relevant experience of the age range is desirable Knowledge of the key person systems and record keeping is desirable.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and their parents.
- Ability to communicate and work in partnership with families and carers.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration qualities. Good written and verbal skills for report writing, maintaining child records and providing feedback to parents/carers and colleagues.

Due to the rural location of the setting, drivers with their own care are required. You will be working 40 hours weekly and this position will start ASAP. The salary will be negotiable depending on relevant experience and qualifications
In Line with all professional expectations you will be required to be a member of the PVG scheme and have a SSSC registration
