IT Support Engineer – MSP - Wokingham - £27k
An IT Support Engineer is required to support Celebrities and VIP clients in London and surrounding area. You will be based from office near Wokingham, Berkshire.
The IT Support Engineer will travel across London and the surrounding area to support PCs and networks for high end users and private individuals. You must have solid knowledge of Windows 10 software as well as hardware support for laptops, PCs, tablets and smartphones.
The IT Support Engineer will provide IT Support in a diplomatic and competent manner communicating professionally with a range of high profile clients. You must have solid knowledge of supporting systems across Windows domains including exposure to Windows Server and Virtual environments as well as networking. Knowledge of Mobile configuration (iPhone / iPad / tablets) is useful.
- Strong Windows Server and Desktop support skills
- Strong Windows 7 / 10 experience (Software and Hardware)
- Good knowledge of mobile smartphone configuration (Android / Apple)
- TCP/IP Networking
The following provides a non-exhaustive indication of the technical areas within which you may operate: Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Group policy, Windows 7 & Windows 10 Desktop Support, OSX, Web hosting, VMware, Veeam, Mobile Telephony.
Who would this role suit?
This role will suit a polished individual with previous experience as an IT Support Engineer or IT Technician who is presentable and technical and able to communicate well with demanding VIP clients.
You will be required to travel to multiple sites in London, but you will be based from offices near Wokingham, Berkshire. Driving licence is essential.
Basic salary from £24,000 to £27,000 (dependent on experience) + Benefits
