The Internal Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, quoting wireless solutions and speaking to current and prospective customers on a day to day basis.

Job Role

* Management of existing leads / prospects and accounts
* New business generation - cold & warm calling
* Following up marketing activities
* Maintenance of CRM
* The ability to upsell and grow accounts
* Follow industry developments and market trends
* Maintain a high level of knowledge of our vendor technologies and their competition
* Forecast reporting and pipeline management
* Assisting Sales Support with Quotes and Orders
* Supporting the Team as required

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

Experience of using a web based CRM package would be a bonus but not essential.

* Ability to listen and articulate effectively
* Experience and understanding of Microsoft Office
* To gradually learn and amass knowledge and detailed understanding of Sales
* No experience is necessary of working with a small but rapidly growing company.
* Needs to be content to work in a semi rural environment
* To converse with all customers and the people throughout the organisation from Director level to Junior level.
* To be flexible on working hours and to work longer hours as the job may entail.
* To travel when and where necessary if required.
* To be able to run standard reports as and when required

Benefits and Package

The role will attract an annual salary of £25,000 paid monthly, plus an OTE of 6K per annum

* Sales Training will be provided
* Vendor Training will be provided
* Technical Training will be provide
* Mileage - first 10,000 miles at 40 pence per mile thereafter 25 pence per mile in the calendar year April through to March, if required.
* Lap top or Desk Top
* Pension. 2% employee/employer contribution raising to 3% in 2017
* Private Medical Health to a max @ 1% of OTE (After 6 months) Singe cover only.
* Expenses - All reasonable business expenses will be covered by the company, if required and used.
* Holiday is 24 days per annum, but unpaid leave can be taken.
