Are you an experienced, dedicated and energetic secretary? Our law firm clients want you to join their Dispute Resolution Department based at their Bournemouth office. Part and full time will be considered

You will need:

• Previous legal secretarial experience

• Audio typing skills - 60 WPM

• Good IT skills

• Excellent organisation, time management and customer service skills

• Must be able to work as a team

• Ability to use initiative

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial/administrative activities by the allocated Lawyers

• To provide audio typing as dictated by supervising Lawyer

• To word process documents and materials

• Assist in communication with clients, taking telephone calls and drafting letters

• Assist in the personal organisation of the allocated Lawyer through the operation of a diary management system

• Maintain an effective filing system for all client and other matters

• Conducting research as required

• Maintain and build upon existing client relationships
