Make an impact on a FTSE100 organisation, in Finance

You love working with complex numbers, and pride yourself on your networking skills. You’re also ready to build an impactful career alongside people whose talents, strengths and interests are as diverse as yours are. If that sounds like you, you could be perfect for our Finance Graduate Leadership Programme.

With over 25 million customers and a relationship with almost every household and community in the UK, Lloyds Banking Group makes a difference in the lives of millions of people. Through some of our most recognised financial brands like Lloyds Bank, Bank of Scotland, Scottish Widows and Halifax, we strive to be the best bank for customers, while also operating at the forefront of a transforming industry. As the numbers experts, our Finance teams help us by being involved in every decision-making process in our business. Join us and you could help lead our teams to become the financial organisation of the future.

What you’ll do

The size of Lloyds Banking Group means there are many opportunities for you to learn and grow. On this three-year, rotational programme, you’ll discover a lot about our business – and yourself. From statutory reporting and tax, to treasury and change management, you’ll learn that numbers are involved in every part of our organisation. Over four placements, in different locations around the UK, you’ll work in a variety of areas that compliment your strengths. They’ll also give you a sense of how you can make an impact through your work and through initiatives that give back to communities.

Your development

From day one, we’ll empower you to apply your passions and strengths to the world of work. You’ll receive the tools and support you need to develop the career you want, includingmentoring, digital espressos, internal Ted-style talks, helping Britain prosper challenges, volunteering activities and more. And, we’ll support you to study for a professional qualification like the CIMA, ACA or ICAS.

Entry requirements

We accept a 2:2 degree or above in any discipline from any university and welcome a diversity of individuals – from DIY enthusiasts to art lovers and sports fans. Everything you bring to Lloyds Banking Group enriches what we offer to our customers and the community. We also offer flexible working, plus a huge range of benefits, so you can build a reward package that suits you – including private medical benefits and discounted financial products.

Join us, and be empowered to make an impact in your own way.
