A well-established research agency currently seeking highly motivated and eager Junior Research Executive to join their pharmaceutical / healthcare division. This position will offer the right candidate an opportunity to grow and develop within their role. Responsibilities

- Producing and conveying appropriate operating portfolio plans in arrangement with cross-functional teams
- Assessing and appraising potential of new products for the professional health care marketing channel (across all stages and fields)
- Successfully planning and outlining , inclusive of project management, of life cycle measures and new developments in an interactive manner with the Senior Management, Research and Development team, International Sales and Regulatory Affairs
- Observe and oversee commercial brand performance
- Carry out the central product plans, marketing strategies and tools in coalescence with the national company affiliates
- Ensuring the conversion from scientific information and clinical data into marketing messages are clear and correct
- Creation and Regulation of effective key promotional tools; publications along with brand related materials and other product-related items
- Organizing exhibitions
- Confidently provide training on Immunotherapy products

Requirements

- 3 - 5 years of international project management and product experience in the pharma industry
- A uni degree in life sciences
- Powerful understanding of marketing and strategic product management
- Shown previous experience launching products on an international scale
- Clearly shown previous experience of ability to influence with AND without authority
- Ability to work and manage multiple projects independently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good language skills -- English, German, both verbally and written. (additional languages are a plus: French, Spanish, Russian)
- Be happy to travel and work weekends if the role requires.
