Commercial Property Paralegal

A Commercial Property Paralegal is now required for a rewarding opportunity with a highly regarded law firm with an enviable reputation . The role will be based in Leicestershire and offers a salary of up to £20K

The team consists of 1 partner and 1 legal secretary but my client are looking to bring in a couple of Paralegals due to the success of the commercial property department.

Assisting on high net worth matters you should be able to assist from instructions through to post-completion advise clients accordingly, draft contract documents and accompanying documentation required for the conveyancing process and deal with enquiries raised by clients and by partner acting for the other parties.

The ideal applicant will be self-motivated, able to organise and co-ordinate well, be able to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills. You must possess a law degree and due to the nature of the role, have at least 12 months commercial property experience.
