We are looking for a Regional Manager to join our Field Debt Solutions team. This is part of the wider Debt Resolution function in E.ON. Field Debt Regional Manager Responsibilities “I want to deliver outstanding service and performance.” Join E.ON as a Field Debt Solutions Regional Manager and you will be working within a large organisation, yet have the autonomy to drive transformational change as we move from a conventional debt collection operation to a smart energy world. Right now, we're looking for a high calibre senior leader with exceptional management skills, to lead, coach and develop a team that will support the strategy to help customers become debt free by providing appropriate payment solutions in the field. Here’s what you’ll be doing as a Field Debt Solutions Regional Manager You will have the opportunity to shape and embed the Field Debt Solutions strategy, keeping customers and our people safe, enhancing operational performance and delivering exceptional customer service. As a senior leader you will be responsible for ensuring that your team adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements with a strong focus on ensuring fair payment outcomes are achieved for every customer. If you are a confident leader with excellent remote management skills and a strong background in performance management; if you have a passion for Health & Safety and delivering world class customer service, this could be the role for you. You will have the opportunity to travel to different locations over a wide geographical area to engage with your team and stakeholders to create a highly motivated workforce. Qualifications What we need from you Highly driven, creative problem solver with a proven track record of delivering results. Solid understanding of debt recovery in a regulated environment including remote management experience. Ability to lead teams at pace through significant transformational change, creating a shared understanding and focus on the need and benefits of change. Strong performance manager with an emphasis on performance delivery, compliance and safety. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure on multiple different tasks. The ability to build highly engaged and effective teams of people. The ability to build highly effective partnerships with stakeholders. The ability to work in an agile and entrepreneurial way in a highly regulated environment with stringent compliance controls. Flexibility to work on a National Basis with a willingness to travel to various locations including overnight stays when required. A full clean UK driving license. It would be great if you had: Knowledge of the Metering Business and MOCOPA/MAMCOP requirements. Familiar with the licence conditions and legal requirements relating to the fair treatment of customers in debt. Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation relating to the role.
