This role will primarily be focused towards two of the company’s popular events. One of the

one focused toward the design sector and the other offering a fantastic food and drink experience.

Key responsibilities:

·Inputting into the annual Strategic Marketing Planning process

·Assisting in developing and delivering a comprehensive PR and marketing plan that has been fully costed and measurable target being set

·Ensuring marketing material is accurate and signed off by you when required

·Adhering to all policies and procedures with regards to budget expenditure, displaying budget control and reporting any vacancies promptly to amongst other areas the social media marketing

·Creating and building relationships with key media partners alongside other third party promotional partners

·Briefing external agencies including creative, digital, PR and Media planning agencies to deliver campaign activity within the marketing brief

·Tracking and measuring integrated marketing campaign against KPIs as well as delivering campaign presentations ensuring that the company is updated to their progress

·Coordinating with the General Marketing Manager to understand stakeholder feedback and influence future campaign work

·Develop strong CRM strategies for each campaign and oversee CRM activity such as communication email and data pulls

·Ensuring code promotions reach their desired audience before the events to achieve or surpass company targets

·Sourcing, brief and manage advertisement carried out on various platforms by the marketing team

·Researching, creating and maintaining professional relationship with essential media partners and associates from both the UK and overseas to deliver strategies to maximise the support for their exhibitions

·Produce and manage a positive web presence for your events, making it easy to find and navigate and is regularly updated

·Produce content and promote your events across a range of social media platforms

·Tracking all output of marketing against agreed performance measures and also produce a post-evaluation of the campaign

·Communicating with exhibitors to produce content and create their profiles on the event website

·On the day of your exhibition ensuring the event is being carried out as scheduled as well as being documented via photography and videography

About you:

·Strong previous experience in a mixed disciplined marketing role

·Outstanding Copywriting skills to provide customers with interesting and informative content

·Great interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with staff members at various levels and exhibitors

·Forward thinking and self-starter able to explore the bests ways to improve themselves and their campaigns

·To have a strong commercial awareness, staying up to date with the latest news occurring within the Marketing industry

·Driven to learn and grow within each position to progress your career as part of a renowned events company

·An ability to manage a large workload ensuring daily tasks are completed as well as long-term tasks as part of campaigns
