Fantastic opportunity for an immediately available Finance Administrator to join a small expanding organisation based in Govan. This role is temporary and will require an immediate start. There is a permanent role available for the right candidate.

The main duties:

  • Processing weekly payroll
  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Matching, batching and coding of invoices
  • Producing statement reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Using Sage

The main requirements:

  • Previous finance experience is required
  • Sage experience would be preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised with high levels of attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills
