Role Overview:

The Recovery Services "Test Manager" provides event leadership through skilled project management in support of our customers’ information technology recovery events. These events span infrastructure, Recover-2-Cloud (R2C) and Managed Recovery Program (MRP) recovery events. Key responsibilities of the Test Manager include completion of pre-event planning milestones, command and control of the workflow execution process, reporting for MRP / R2C events and all post-event follow-up responsibilities. The "Test Manager" has direct contact with our customers. Responsible for managing to a successful outcome for the respective tests they are involved with, monitoring, communicating and driving progress relative to scope, goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manages projects (recovery tests, disaster recoveries) and drives components successfully - project planning, change control, reporting, test execution workflow and incident management.

Identify, analyse and prioritise issues and risks developing plans to remediate.

Identifies and communicates in advance, any risks that may impact the success of a project, understands scope of responsibilities and when to engage management support and/or additional resources.

Conducts conference calls and meetings with our customers' management and/or technical staff. The provision of regular status updates addressing issues and concerns

Maintains integrity of incident management process from problem description through escalation and adherence to established processes.

Ownership and management to resolution of all major Customer events.

Provide exceptional customer service through timely communication, professionalism and a strong sense of urgency to our customers and fellow team members.

Leads by example to develop and role model values of pro activity , quality, efficiency , corporate responsibility and excellent customer service.

Provide management information and reporting as required.
