This fast moving, expanding company are seeking an additional person to provide administrative support to the Purchasing Manager in all the operation areas such as purchasing, stock control and QC. This also involves the jobs on the direct shipments to the customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaise with factories and offices include Seoul office if there is any inquiry or requires communication with the other departments
- Help to handle the order details related to FOB and bespoke orders (direct order from the customers) with project manager together
- Setup new item numbers include UK and bespoke items and keep updating the item details on the existing items on the system
- Maintain and update the technical documentation includes test report, declaration of conformity, technical files, etc for UK regular and bespoke items
- Run and review the regular stock reports
- Involve checking the product quality with Product development team and warehouse and then report to the factory if there is any quality issue.
