Purchase Ledger Clerk
A leading energy company based in South Warrington requires an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them due to an increase in workload. The opportunity will initially start on a temporary basis with a view to becoming permanent within 3 months for the right candidate.
Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Processing c200 supplier invoices using multiple systems
- Matching, batching and coding supplier invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Resolving supplier queries
- Supporting with the banking and bank reconciliation
Experience & Skills Required:
- Up to date and relevant Purchase Ledger experience
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Shows intuition
- Good communication skills
- Strong IT skills
