A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and well motivated electrical maintenance engineer to join a well established company which is rapidly expanding its client portfolio in and around central London.
My client provides building services to numerous Blue Chip companies, Institutes and commercial businesses nationwide. One of the oldest company's in the building services industry, my client have a philosophy of promoting from within, developing and training staff and have one of the best staff retention rates in the industry.
My client requires an experienced and dedicated electrically qualified engineer. You must be extremely client focused, well presented and dedicated to achieving professional results in all works undertaken. A good general knowledge of all building services is and a willingness to go the extra mile in times of need is essential.

Duties will include but are not restricted to: * Carrying out scheduled PPM and reactive maintenance tasks and maintaining the site assets ensuring equipment readiness
*Reacting to service calls and breakdowns of electrical equipment and other building services in an efficient manner. * Respond to Building Management System alarms, and effect emergency repairs as needed.
* Ensure that comprehensive maintenance records of all equipment are kept up to date
* Ensure that engineering subcontractors are appropriately supervised, and comply with contractual commitments.
* Assisting with and carrying out ppm's out of working hours. This role requires you to take part in a call out rota. QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING
