The Firm:
An extremely successful international law firm, with a fully dedicated office based in Central Bristol only a stone's throw from Temple Meads & on all major bus routes. Their practice spans a wide range of industry sectors and is broadly split into two discrete areas: insurance and corporates. Working on both contentious and non-contentious matters, their clients range from large multinationals to growth UK corporate firms and other professional practices, and include many household names.

The Role:
As the Legal Administrator you will undertake a variety of administrative tasks. The role will gain a real insight into the day to day work undertaken within a top-tier UK and international law firm and will be expected to make a valued contribution to the fee-earning work of the Group.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9.30 am - 5.30 pm, you will receive a salary of £18,000 plus excellent benefits

Main Responsibilities will include: Managing group admin tasks as required, eg client specific matter opening process, scanning documents and filing them electronically, and in hard copy, by the relevant PA/Secretary or fee-earner, assisting with compiling Court documents and bundling, printing and photocopying documents as and when required by the relevant PA/Secretary or fee-earner, a wide variety of general miscellaneous administrative tasks to include, but not limited to, matter closing, managing off-site archiving, scanning of invoices and correspondence and creation of hard copy folders/files, delivery and collection of items from other Practice Groups or support departments and providing ad hoc support as required

Key Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral & written communication skills, have high levels of computer literacy & competence, high attention to detail with proven forward planning skills & ability to manage own workload/ prioritise workloads effectively and strong organisational and time management skills. Degree or equivalent educated.
