Our client on the outskirts of Exeter is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join their busy team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a methodical individual to work as first point of contact for a successful, well established company. Suitable candidates will have a proven background in an inbound customer service team, be a clear communicator and have strong IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems efficiently. A keen eye for detail and accuracy is essential.

Knowledge or past experience in insurance, finance or medical services is highly desirable.

Main responsibilities will include

  • Offering an exceptional customer experience to all callers.
  • Maintain and update customer service policy databases.
  • Checking for anomalies on documents, prior to processing.
  • Processing client queries and claims.
  • Running reports.
  • Positively promoting the company by the quality of your work

This role is best suited to a highly organised individual who pays attention to details and enjoys building good relationships.

In return for your skills and commitment, our client will offer you a starting salary of £17,500 increasing after a successful probation period with additional benefits.
