An exciting CLIENT SIDE opportunity has arisen for a Senior Research Manager to join the team for a 12 month mat cover with the chance of going permanent after. You will lead the consumer research team in providing strong research for the content of the magazine and online reading.

Key Duties Include:-

-Develop​ ​and​ ​maintain​ ​appropriate​ ​systems​ ​and​ ​processes​ ​for​ ​fielding, ​ ​allocating,​ ​managing​ ​and​ ​quality​ ​assuring​ ​the​ ​Consumer​ ​Research​ ​team's​ ​work​ ​focusing​ ​on​ ​a collaborative​ ​and​ ​efficient​ ​approach​ ​to​ ​project​ ​management​ ​and​ ​delivery​

-Thorough checking of outputs and pulling out key insights from the data and producing actionable reports and presentations

-Provide actionable insights from quant and qual research projects

-Presenting to internal and external stakeholders

-Management and training of the team

You will have;

- Strong​ ​consumer research​ ​experience​ ​to​ ​include​ ​knowledge​ ​of,​ ​and​ ​ability​ ​to​ ​select​ ​from,​ ​a​ ​wide​ ​range​ ​of​ ​research​ ​methods​ ​in​ ​any​ ​topic​ ​area​ ​and​ ​can​ ​plan,​ ​carry​ ​out, analyse​ ​and​ ​present​ ​research​ ​that​ ​is​ ​fit-for-purpose

-A good Quant and qual mixed background.

-Leadership​ ​and​ ​line​ ​management​ ​skills​ - strong​ ​motivation​ ​&​ ​continual​ ​development​ ​of​ ​skills​ ​and​ ​abilities​ ​in the​ ​team​ ​-​ ​both​ ​with​ ​respect​ ​to​ ​direct​ ​reports​ ​and​ ​as​ ​part​ ​of​ ​the​ ​overall​ ​Consumer​ ​Research​ team

- The Ability​ ​to​ ​turn​ ​complex​ ​research​ ​data​ ​into​ ​sharply​ ​focussed,​ ​interesting,​ ​jargon-free,​ ​clear​ ​and​ ​well​ ​structured​ ​results​ ​for​ ​presentation​ ​to​ ​content​ ​teams
