Our client are a large commercial organisation based all over the country.

Your new role
This home based role, covering the South East will support the delivery and assessment of apprenticeship programmes (including the delivery of functional skills) for front line colleagues, team leader and management populations within the organisation. £28,000 - £30,000 plus car.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a range of in-house apprenticeship programmes in line with end point assessment requirements and awarding body standards to allow colleagues to be successful in their roles and progress their careers within the company.
Complete the sign up process to start colleagues onto company in-house Apprenticeship programmes
Offer information, advice and guidance and carry out initial assessments to identify individual needs.
Complete and maintain all start, progression and completion paperwork to a consistently high level.
Ensure that each colleague is aware of his/her responsibility in the collection and presentation of evidence and fully briefing colleagues on the end point assessment process.
Mentor & coach colleagues with varying barriers to learning
Ensure validity, authenticity, currency and sufficiency of evidence produced by colleagues
Use an e-portfolio system to manage progression and timely completion of programme.
Agree plans where further knowledge is required to meet end point assessment criteria
Identify colleagues at risk of leaving the programme and ensure extra support is implemented to mitigate this risk.
Develop working relationships up to middle manager level across the business to ensure L&D is championed and supported at all levels
Visit/observe colleagues in their branches & place of work to gather quality evidence towards their qualifications.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted
Undertake continuous professional development activities in line with the needs of the business, including standardisation activities
Demonstrate commitment to anti-discriminatory practice and equal opportunities
Demonstrate commitment to safeguarding/prevent and ensuring colleagues safety at all times
Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all colleagues and any other persons who might be affected by Training's activities.
Ensure maintenance of confidentiality for sensitive information.
Ensure that learners are supported at in house workshops that form part of the individual training programme.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience in designing and delivering learning solutions - concepts, principles and practice up to level 3, ideally level 5.
Knowledge of apprenticeship standards
Experience in customer service/sales/Team Leader/Management
Experience in delivering functional skills Maths, English to level 2
Level 2 literacy and numeracy qualification
Full Driving licence
Formal Assessor qualifications (D32, A1, Cava)
Minimum award in Education and Training (PTTLS)
Good IT skills - working level of knowledge of word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, E-portfolios and other MIS and databases
