A secondary school in Bradford is looking for a resilient and passionate recent graduate to join their inclusion department as an EBD Teaching Assistant to support students aged 11-16 who have emotional and behavioural difficulties and/or SEN.

This Graduate Behaviour & Learning Coach role would involve working with the inclusion department which specialises in students 11-16 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). Good behaviour management is essential for this position and you must have a good understanding of student's needs. You will support the classroom, small groups and individuals on a one to one basis.
As a Graduate Behaviour & Learning Coach you will actively engage with students to promote interaction and co-operation with other students whilst ensuring that pupils make the most from curriculum based learning activities. You will have a great opportunity to support the teacher with classroom planning and behaviour management as well as monitoring and recording pupil's response to learning activities and general records.
The School has a fantastic reputation for developing young people, who may have previously had some difficulties in mainstream education.
