An agency is only as good as its client relationships, and it's your job to make sure they are as strong and strategic as possible. As a senior client facing person, your thinking and marketing know-how can make a world of difference to the success of this growing and successful integrated agency.

The role

You will be the lead creative and guiding light on all creative projects, which will be a diverse range of online and offline campaigns. This can range from printed materials, inbound marketing projects to video, content, social and web builds. This is a small and growing agency, so you'll enjoy a diverse role from preparing briefs to running and developing a team to support you. On any given day, you'll be working very closely with the creative team, and provide them with all the ammunition they need, and work with other people to deliver the best for your clients. The client base is a real mix from leisure and retail to lifestyle and travel, and it is necessary to have a sound understanding across all marketing disciplines combined with the necessary committed and passionate approach to your daily duties. You will be used to working closely with client services and digital folk to ensure a seamless transition of briefs into the creative domain and they are as clear and inspirational as possible.

What we're looking for

In essence, you will be the lead person and guiding light on all creative projects, working very closely with your colleagues to generate first class creative ideas and concepts for a range of integrated campaigns. For this reason, it is necessary to have around 3 - 4 years' experience in an agency setting, and a sound understanding across all marketing disciplines combined with the necessary committed and passionate approach to your daily duties. This may suit an Account Manager in a larger agency who is looking for more rope, accountability and personal development, or a SAE looking for the next step up.

What's on offer?

A salary of between £24,000 and £30,000, depending on which level you are at, plus the opportunity to work for an agency which is in a great location, and is continuing to grow and prosper.
